If the line drops later, you call the same number and someone comes to the address.

The rooms decide the rate.
Some places already have a clean path. Some need a new run along the wall. If the line cannot be fitted, that is the answer on the phone. If it can, the visit confirms the path and fits it.
You do not need to buy a router first. Say internet, cable, or both when you call.
How a new line works
Call, then a visit, then the fit.

Call
Say the block, and whether it is a house or a shop. Say internet, cable, or both. If we already know the line cannot reach, we say so then.

Visit
The wiring is checked in the rooms you use. You get the monthly rate, and a yes or a no, before any hole is drilled.

Fit
The router goes in, the wifi is tried, and the television is checked if you took cable. You keep a number for when the light goes red.

An embroidery file, priced before it is made.
Bring a clear logo or artwork and the size you want stitched. The price is separate from the internet line. If the artwork will not stitch cleanly, we say so and do not start.

Can I take only cable?
Yes. Cable can be fitted without internet, and internet can be fitted without cable. Both can go in on the same visit.
When do I hear the monthly rate?
On the visit, after the wiring is checked, and before anything is fitted.
How long does a new connection take?
Most visits are the same day or the next morning. A longer run can take longer, and you are told that before the booking.
The line dropped. What happens?
Call the same number. Someone comes to the address.
Do I need to buy a router first?
No. The router is part of the visit.
Digitizing and Vector part of the internet bill?
No. A stitch file is a separate job, with its own price, agreed before the work starts.
