A new connection is a visit. Someone looks at the rooms, names the monthly rate, and fits the router if you want to go ahead.
A normal week
Lines, cable, and stitch files.
New lines
Internet, cable, or both, booked from a phone call and fitted on a visit.
Faults
A red light, a dead television lead, or wifi that only works beside the box. Someone comes to the address.
Digitizing
Embroidery files from a clear artwork, priced before the work starts.
Who runs it
Ask for the office.
Bookings go through the office. Call first if you are coming by. Visits are set for a time, usually the same day or the next morning.
